Helping others on mailing list and open forums has just gone one step further. Today came across this web service where one can ask for help from people on various issues like installing a software for you or configuring a device on your computer.
Why would one help someone for free ?
For me the reason would be I come to learn more. May be for someone it be just a goodwill gesture
Why would someone ask help for free ?
Come across a situation where you have to ask for help may be from OEM manufacturer and pay for it. Does that answers the question or should I explain !!!.
