Baby Steps

Concentrate on your goal and take baby steps to the goal. This is what I heard from one of our Managers in IT, these people handle mission critical data. Was though surprised how could these people be such calm and composed when they are working on something that’s like fire.
May be this is the difference between working in enterprise environment.
Further thinking on it “baby steps” do require loads of purpose and patience, that would accumulate as mission accomplished.
